Sorry for not posting much over the last couple of weeks, been busy with work and catching up with friends. Last night my friend and I headed over to Union Chapel in Islington to watch Natalie Imbruglia on her 20th anniversary acoustic tour, just saying 20th anniversary makes me feel old ha!
Today Greenwich celebrated two decades of UNESCO World Heritage Site status and to mark it The Cutty Sark, the Royal Observatory, Old Royal Naval College(ORNC) and the National Maritime Museum(NMM) including the Queen’s House were all lit up for the evening.
Every Easter since I was a kid my mum has baked these cakes so its only seems right that I bake them now as well. Whether you’re looking for a quick & simple recipe to do with your children over the Easter holidays or you need something for visiting friends and family to tuck in to, these are always a good shout and look the part.
