My London life one slice at a time

Spring Evenings in Camden

What a lovely weekend its been so far, when the suns out London just comes alive. After a lovely wander through my neighbourhood in Greenwich I spent my Saturday evening was down by Camden Lock catching up with one of my mates, Holly, over a few beers and food. The ambience from the rather eclectic mix of tourists, rockers and people from all over London enjoying the start of British Summer Time was brilliant. After a couple of drinks by the canal at The Ice Wharf and Lockside Camden we thought we’d grab some food from one of the many options on offer at Camden Market.

We ended up spotting a table in Zala Levantine Grill and later found out it was their first night doing table service, not that you would have known. The service was amazing and the food was out of this world. We went for two pizzas, chicken pesto and lamb & beef. These were served with pita bread and an amazing selection of dips and sides to try. I couldn’t recommend it enough so if you get chance to check them out, DO!
